MFIN 712 - Risk Management - Principles and Practices

  • Prerequisite: Prerequisite(s): FINANCE 601 or BUSINESS F650
  • Antirequisite: Antirequisite(s): BUSINESS F733

The course provides an in-depth understanding of the process of financial risk management.  Various financial risks will be discussed, including market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, and model risk.   The focus is on the measurement of these risks, the use of available instruments to hedge the risks, and related regulatory requirements.
